Deferred Regex Rules
- A regex is executed automatically if it’s in boolean, numeric, or string context.
- Otherwise, it’s a deferred regexp.
- Also:- my $foo = rx/ ... /;
my $foo = rule { ... };

- It’s a reference to a regexp object.
- /.../ is short for rx/.../, not for m/.../.
- Forced evaluation:- $foo = +/ ... /; # counts matches
