Open arbitrary documents when inserting a CD (MS-Windows)

shellrun.exe is a tiny program, intended to automatically open an HTML document upon CD insertion. Other documents may work as well.

To use it:

• Place the desired HTML document on the CD
• Place shellrun.exe on the CD
• Create an AUTORUN.INF in the root of the CD with the following contents (without indentation):

   [Autorun]
   open=path\to\shellrun.exe path\to\document.html

In most cases, it is convenient to place shellrun.exe and the startup document in the root of the CD.
