Origin and motivation
The code was originally developed for the bookkeeping program EekBoek.
Upon request, I moved the reporting code to a separate module so other applications could benefit as well.
It was a nice exercise to turn all EekBoek specifics into a decent neutral API.
And to change the EekBoek reporters to use Data::Report instead.
